My Mum and I are going   to   museum today.

“It’s going to be fun,” I said.  Mum got the car out and drove to the museum. 

“Mum, why are all the doors closed?”  I asked. 

“I don’t know,” replied Mum. 

“I’m scared,” I said. 

We got out of the car after Mum parked it.  Mum  told  me  to  stay  in  the  car  so  I  did.  She  tried  to  rattle  the  doors  but  they  were  deadlocked  from  inside.  She found an open door and got in.  It  was  pitch  black  inside,  and  she  couldn’t  see  anything.  She found the light switch and turned it on. 

“Aaaahhh!”  Screamed Mum. 

There were wild dinosaurs running around the museum!

Mum  tried  to  break  a  window  to  get  back  out  but  there  were  metal  security  bars  blocking  her  way.  Then  she  tried  to  dig  a  hole  under  the  wall  but  that  didn’t  work.  So  she  searched  the  museum  and  found  the  keys  to  the  deadlock.  She  unlocked  the  door  and  ran  outside,  and  was  able  to  see  her  daughter  again.
